Glowfarms has started a project to grow herbs that have a 2x longer shelf life. This is due to a unique way of growing that they do not have to use pesticides and do not have to wash the herbs. This is combined with sustainable and innovative packaging. Instead of regular plastic they use recycled cardboard
At GTC+ we attach great value to sustainability. When we heard about Glowfarms' initiative to grow herbs in a different way that gives them a much longer shelf life, we were immediately enthusiastic. The decision to support them through crowdfunding was therefore quickly taken. This is how we fight against food waste together!
They successfully completed the crowdfunding campaign they started in just 16 days.
